Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SpeedRush, a free-to-play social card-racing game. By creating an account or playing, you agree to the terms below.

By accessing, registering for, or playing SpeedRush (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy, each incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. We may ask you to re-accept updated terms before continuing to play.

You may use the Service only if you meet all of the following requirements:

›You are at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

›You reside in a jurisdiction where social gaming is permitted, and not in any region we exclude for legal reasons.

›You register and maintain only one account, used solely by you for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for keeping it current. You must safeguard your login credentials and not share your account with anyone.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly through the in-app support chat if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access while we investigate.

SpeedRush offers virtual collectible cards ("Cards") and card packs. Cards are collected, upgraded with exact duplicates, and used in battles and tournaments. Cards are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and can never be withdrawn or redeemed for money or prizes.

Packs contain Cards and may also contain Speed Coins (SC), the single virtual currency of the Service. Each Speed Coin must be played through once (1x) before it becomes eligible for redemption; every game currently counts toward playthrough. Eligible SC can be redeemed for prizes subject to identity verification and the Prize Withdrawal Rules.

The Service, all Cards, and all virtual currencies are licensed, not sold, to you: you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your private, recreational entertainment. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items at any time consistent with these terms and applicable law.

You may purchase Cards and packs on the Service. Purchases are optional and are of entertainment value only. Sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Prices, pack contents, published odds, and bonuses may change at any time; the values shown at the moment of purchase are the ones that apply.

Cards belong to a season. New cards are released for each season; when a season ends, its cards remain in your collection but can no longer be placed in a battle deck.

Speed Coins expire after 60 days of account inactivity, as measured by qualifying activity on the Service. Expired Speed Coins are removed from the account and are not compensated.

Prize withdrawals are governed by the Prize Withdrawal Rules, which form part of these terms. You are not a winner of any prize, even if an on-screen display indicates otherwise, until your eligibility and the winning play have been verified under those Rules.

Where a malfunction, bug, or error affects a game, purchase, promotion, or credit, we may void the affected activity and correct balances. In the event of any discrepancy between what a screen displays and the result recorded by our servers, the server record controls.

Amounts credited to an account in error do not belong to the account holder and may be reversed when discovered.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

›Cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage or interfere with normal gameplay.

›Create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or provide false identity or eligibility information.

›Attempt to buy, sell, launder, or transfer virtual currencies or accounts outside the Service.

›Harass other users, post unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, abused promotions, or engaged in fraud or unlawful activity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your license to use virtual items ends and any unredeemed virtual currencies may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Service operator, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your participation in the Service or your acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, and you agree to indemnify them against claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Service.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction of organization, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We both agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally through support before formal proceedings.

The final dispute-resolution framework for this Service (including the seat of any binding individual arbitration, the arbitration provider, opt-out terms, and class-action waiver) is being finalized with counsel and will be published in an updated version of these terms before general availability. Until then, disputes are handled by the courts of the operator's jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
